We use high-resolution DTG (Direct-to-Garment) technology, so every color gradient, fine line, and cute detail stays crisp—even after dozens of washes. Each garment is printed on premium brands like Comfort Colors, Gildan, and Bella+Canvas for a soft, durable feel.

2. Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! Send us your inspiration or branding guidelines via support@lemdesignhouse.com. Our design team will mock up your artwork and provide a quote before printing.

3. How should I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart tailored to the specific garment. Measure a favorite shirt you already own and compare it with the chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

4. What is your production and shipping time?
Production typically takes 2–4 business days. Shipping within the U.S. averages 3–5 business days; international shipping varies from 7–14 business days depending on location and customs.

5. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We can modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of purchase. Because items are printed on demand, we can’t guarantee changes once production begins. Contact support immediately if you need help.

6. What is your return policy?
We gladly remake or refund items that arrive damaged or defective. Because each piece is custom printed, we don’t accept returns for reasons such as style preference, color choice, or incorrect size selection. Please double-check size charts before ordering.

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for VAT, customs fees, or import duties charged by local authorities.

8. How do I care for my DTG-printed shirt?
Turn the garment inside out, machine-wash cold, and tumble dry low (or hang dry) to maintain vibrancy. Avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the print.

9. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we provide volume discounts starting at 20 units per design. Email wholesale@lemdesignhouse.com with your quantity and design requirements for a custom quote.

10. My order tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 24–48 hours to reflect carrier scans. If there’s no movement after 3 business days, contact us at support@lemdesignhouse.com so we can investigate.
