Thank you for shopping with LEM Design House. Because every garment is printed on demand, our return policy is designed to protect quality while still taking care of genuine issues.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We proudly remake or refund any item that arrives **damaged, misprinted, or defective**, including:
– Incorrect size, color, or design shipped compared to your order confirmation.
– Printing flaws (streaks, missing ink, severe color shift).
– Fabric or sewing defects (holes, seams coming apart).

We **do not** accept returns or exchanges for:
– Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or discovering you no longer want the design.
– Fit issues caused by ordering the wrong size.
– Color variation that results from screen differences versus physical fabric.
– Any product washed, worn, or altered after delivery.

Because each piece is made to order, these limitations ensure we can continue offering custom work without excess waste.

2. Reporting a Problem
1. Email **support@lemdesignhouse.com** within **7 days** of delivery.
2. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos (full garment + close-ups of the defect or shipping damage).
3. Our team reviews every claim within 2 business days. If approved, we remake or refund the affected items at no cost.

Claims submitted after 7 days may be declined, so please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

3. Replacement vs. Refund
– **Replacement**: Default option for defective orders. We reprint and ship ASAP.
– **Refund**: Issued to the original payment method if replacement isn’t possible (e.g., blank style out of stock). Refunds appear within 5–7 business days once processed.

No return shipping is required unless our support team specifically asks for the item back.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be updated or cancelled within **2 hours** of purchase. After that window, production may already be underway and changes aren’t guaranteed. Contact support immediately with “URGENT” in the subject line if you need help.

5. Lost or Damaged in Transit
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received may require a carrier investigation or replacement fee. For packages lost in transit, we’ll reship free of charge once confirmed by the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check addresses when checking out. If an order returns to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Color & Size Guidance
We provide detailed size charts and color previews on each product page. Fabrics from Comfort Colors, Gildan, and Bella+Canvas may have subtle dye variations between batches. Those variations are considered normal and are not eligible for return.
