We craft every order on demand to deliver fresh prints and reduce waste. Here’s how our production and shipping timeline works.

1. Production Schedule
– **Standard production time:** 1–4 business days.
– Orders go into production within 2 hours of payment.
– Custom design approvals may add 1 extra business day (we’ll email you if needed).
– Peak seasons (November–December) can occasionally extend production by 1–2 days, but we’ll notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Timeline
– **Domestic (U.S.) shipping:** 3–5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
– **Express options:** Available at checkout; delivery windows begin after production is complete.
– **International shipping:** Typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as packages leave our facility.

3. Shipping Rates
– Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen carrier service.
– Free shipping promotions apply after discounts and before taxes.
– International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees assessed by local authorities.

4. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses can be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
– **Damaged in transit:** Contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number; we’ll resend or refund as needed.
– **Lost shipments:** If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days (domestic) or 12 business days (international), reach out to support for investigation.

6. Multiple Items
Items in the same order may ship separately to speed up delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
